OpenMenu X items do not appear in the contextual menu on Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard).
On Mac OS X 10.6 Finder and 64-bit applications, the third party's contextual menu plug-ins including OpenMenu X are no more supported. But there are two workarounds for OpenMenu X.
1) As an alternative to the contextual menu, invoke the OpenMenu X popup menu by tapping the cmd key twice.
2) Choose the services item "OpenMenu X" in the contextual menu, then the OpenMenu X popup menu will appear (OpenMenu X Rev.2.05 or later).

Multiple OpenMenu X icons are shown on the status menu bar. How to fix it?
That may be because multiple OpenMenu X are registered in the Login items. You can fix it as below.
1) Open System Preference "Accounts" - "Login Items." You will see multiple OpenMenu items in the Login items list. Delete all OpenMenu items from the list. 2) Close System Preferences window once.
3) Open System Preferences "OpenMenu X". Then the right OpenMenu item will be automatically registered to the Login items list.
4) Then move to System Preference "Account" - "Login Items" again. You will see the OpenMenu item is registered correctly in the login items list.
5) Log out and log in again.
