JeditΩ was discontinued in late November 2025 due to its legacy codebase no longer supporting modern macOS versions. As a successor to JeditΩ, we developed an entirely new Jedit from the ground up. The new Jedit is free, open-source software now receiving strong ratings on the App Store.
